What is the optimal set for a RP to hunt on ice library?

I would like to know the optimal set (and imbuements) to hunt on ice library as a level 400 RP

Ghost Chestplate (Ice), Dark Whispers & Lion Longbow nets you 12% more ice protection.

So, the feverbloom boots with +7 ice protection are no good in ice library?
