If I upgrade my Percht Sleigh do I get achievements?

With The Percht Queen around the corner, I would like to know if I can get achievements from upgrading my percht sleights to their variant or final form.

No, it's similar to the mount in the Orcsoberfest event,

You only get 1 time the achievement but mounts will count on behalf of Beastrider Tittle.
