How to hunt Roshamuul without the Sights of Surrender?

Hello, i play on empty server and no one hunt there and theres always the robots there, how to get them off?

And i need noob chars to get the items of that box on the entrance or whats the fastest way to do It fast alone? Thanks

Since I'm almost sure you're meaning Sight of Surrender that looks like "robots" 

They can be made to disappear by using 100 horns with mouthpieces on the wall in one day.

someone could give a better explanation on this mechanic? i want to hunt daily that respawn for example, if i use 100 horns today they would dissappear today? they would spawn tomorrow? it's on wiki that info?
