In which cities I can find funfairs to cheer Dragon Hatchling and where are their exact locations?

Piñata Dragons are part of a different event. Funfairs will be places where we can "can cheer on a dragon hatchling in a partying mood to win prizes like Theons, carpets, and other deco items once a day".

According to the Feature Article that was published today, locations of funfairs will be:

North of Thais, south of Carlin, and southwest of Edron

By the screenshot posted on the featured article, we can see the funfair in Thais will be located just west of the north exit, here.

Apart from the funfair featured on the anniversary article, there are two other funfairs: one located just south of the Carlin's west exit and the other west from Edron's south exit, as can be seen in the image below.
