How to reach Lord Retro boss room?

I can't find this boss and I can't advance in the retro Dungeon (maybe he is there in the end?). I gonna need some help for sure. How do I reach this boss?

He's after the last teleport on retro dungeon. You will need the full picture album as well

I don't think there is a video yet since the quest was launched today. The map also won't help since these are basically rooms with teleports at the end, much like inquisition quest
