Since the boss already appeared on one of the worlds, my question is, how to find the entrance of Morshabaal's dungeon? How to get there?

Hi! 

To access Morshabaal room, you will have to enter teleport north of Edron, where Orshabaal¹ spawns.

“ If the respective raid triggers, a teleporter will spawn at the stone circle in the northwest of Edron.” ²
