What is this place Deep below the sea between edron and cormaya?

There is this place with several floors;


Which seems really interesting but there's not any near hint about how to access it or what it belongs to, so:

What is that respawn/how is called?
How to access it? 
Which mobs could we found there?

This is the Demonwar Dungeon. Inside it you'll find Askarak and Shaburak Demons, and possibly Askarak/Shaburak Princes and Lords, depending on the state of the Demon War World Change.

You access it by going through a teleport inside Edron's Hero Cave, here.
