What is this place below Crystal Wolf spawn in Shadowthorn and how do you access it?

while looking for fiendish one appeared here on this little island, is located right below where the crystal wolf spawns, on venore shadowtorn, i dont see a way to reach there and dont have the monster that appears there

Go to the Haunted Nexus (tomb) in Darashia. As soon as you enter the tomb, on the right side you'll find a dead Marid. Click on the corpse and you will be teleported to that area. You can find Djinns of both races there, fighting each other. However, the Djinns do not stay there all the time. They appear randomly.
