What is this place left of Seacrest Serpents and how do I reach it?

I have been looking for fiendish lately a lot and 2 were impossible to reach and the third one was here in this place however I don't recognize where is it. It is right next to the seacrest sea serpent spawn, the area on the left

It's the Fury Gates, acessible through a Mini World Change (Portals).
