Where can I find a ticket number if I created a ticket?

Usually, I like to save a ticket number for my references but I cannot find a ticket number. I submitted a ticket by the website and not by email. Does it depend? Do they give out ticket numbers anymore?

Ticket numbers still exist. I'm not sure what it was like before and if the numbers were always available to players. If you want to check the ticket number then go to ticket details. Then you can preview that number in the address field of your browser. In the screenshot below you can see where the ticket number is located.
