What happened to the academy of might and magic?

Hey, now ex guildmate here (Josh thunder) I logged on after a while away and noticed the guild simply doesn't exist any more. Just curious about why it was disbanded.

The Academy of Might and Magic merged with Heaven Angelz in May 2022. Some of the guild leaders could have simply retired and allowed their premium time to lapse and to keep the guild's memory alive the remaining leaders opted to merge with another declining guild.

Seems like only 3 of the vice leaders have a premium account and in order to keep the guild it must have a minimum of 4 vice leaders with premium account.
