How can I get the Wedding Planner achievement?

With this new summer update new achievements were implemented, one of them is "wedding planner".

Currently there is an achievement for getting divorced sometimes, but this one has a description, like we help to marry a couple.

somebody could help me?

In one of new quests "Within the Tides" we have to make task (Star-Crossed Lovers) commissioned by a certain young "lady" in which we have to help her at the wedding, I have not completed this task yet, but I suspect that it is related to this achievement

as I predicted, we get this achievement for completing the above-mentioned mission, and more specifically for defeating the miniboss "Kusuma" and reporting to npc Nihak (link to spoiler)
