i've always been curious about that channel, it's supposed to be our connection with tutors to guide us, also to forward the bugs that we could find over tibia, but i haven't seen enough activity in these channels nor 1 single tutor, so i wonder if is possible that such channel is individual per world, or is based on batches? or simply i haven't been lucky enough?

Just to clarify, you're asking if the help channel is per server or all of tibia when you chat in it?

yes, if it is server based, or you can talk with tutors from a couple of server or from all worlds

The communication you get from the Help channel on your game world is just from the characters on your world, not all of Tibia. You can speak to players there on your game world unless you're on a Test server then you'll be able to communicate with all players in your specific region.

Please note there are other ways to get help in Tibia besides the Help Channel source: Tibia Manual

  • Client Help- "The client contains an automatic online help feature which allows you to identify most elements of the interface, including any notable items or areas on the map. To activate the client help open the help menu and select "Client Help" or hit the key combination Ctrl+H."
  • Offline Help- FAQ, Manual, Security Hints, Forums, News, etc. Please check out my source for more details.

How to report a bug in the game?

  • You can open the bug report dialog by using the key combination Ctrl+Z. Select the category your report fits best. If you are unsure, select "Other". Describe the issue you encountered as thoroughly as possible by providing steps that are necessary to reproduce it. Your character name as well as the coordinates of the map field on which your character stood when submitting the bug report will be sent automatically. The submission of your bug report will be confirmed with the message "Comment sent" in your game window and server log.
  • To report map bugs, you can right-click on the concerned map field and select the entry "Report Coordinate" from the context menu. The coordinate you clicked on will be sent automatically with your report.
  • Mistakes in NPC chats can be reported by right-clicking on the NPC text in question and selecting the context menu entry "Report Message". The NPC's name and line will then be sent automatically with your report.

  • The possibility of reporting more complex issues via ticket to customer support still remains Submit a ticket and select Technical Problems. If you don't want to log on to the website you can email Tibia at tech@cipsoft.com
  • Restrictions for reporting are as follows:
    • Your account needs at least 30 loyalty points.
    • Each account can submit a maximum of five bugs per day.
    • The right to report bugs can be withdrawn by customer support.
    • If a player is unable to report for any reason, a note will appear in the report dialog informing the player of the required prerequisites.
  • With the release on May 03, the tutor position and the senator position as well as all associated elements (stars, boards, titles, etc.) will be removed.

so basically servers with no tutor are unable to help with bugs through client? that's interesting, thank you.

And yeah i though they had dedicated service for these channel that were allowing communication through servers so we could actually see one tutor online in low population server, this info is what i needed.
