What is the cooldown of faun miniboss Raxias?

Using a "shortcut" option while travelling from port hope sometimes we can land on a small island north of Feyrist. There, underground, we can meet a faun miniboss named Raxias. What is his cooldown?

There is cd for 20h until You will be able to talk "shortcut" to the npc. Also there is 20h cd for going into boss TP.

That mean its good to go at the end of the day to kill boss and log out on the island for another 20h (if You have time for that:))
