It is possible to get second eye key/lotus key on the same character?

I've lost my asura mirror keys somewhere. I am unable to kill true asura mini bosses. It's not possible to buy on market. How can I get these keys again?

Yes this is a daily respawn. You can grab a new key over and over again. simple reopen the chest, boxes, and all spots where the parts are.
