Is it possible to pass my Store Items to another character on the same account?

I'm wondering if it's possible to pass my decorations items that I bought at the store to another character (in another server) but in the same account?

Unfortunately, items bought from the store are assigned to your character forever, without the possibility of refund, selling or transferring.
