This famous event happens twice a year and I would like to know the starting dates along with the length of duration for each installment every year... Does anyone know?

Next Orcsoberfest starts at the server-save of October 14th and ends at the server-save of October 21st.
Then, it repeats itself from the server-save of March 10th to the server-save of March 17th.
