How to get the Jersey Outfit?

I would like to know how to get the Jersey outfit and Can I keep it permanently or only during the World Cup?

As seen in the event schedule by hovering and my source TibiaWiki, the Jersey Outfit is only available during FIFA World Cups which makes them the only event outfits and also the only quadrennial event in Tibia. These outfits have no addons and are only available to premium account players. They are also automatically listed under your outfits you don't need to do anything.

Additional information-

• They were first available during the World Cup of 2014 for 4 weeks and for another week in July 2014 to celebrate Germany's victory.
• They were available for the second time during the World Cup of 2018, for 4 weeks starting on June 14, 2018.
• For the World Cup of 2022 there was an Official CM Reply "The Jerseys have been made available a few days before the tournament with the last patch, yesterday (starting on November 15th 2022)"

Strangely, the outfits are already available behind the scheduled event. I saw multiple people using it today and I've managed to select it too.
