Knightmare never used the keyword "Tibianus", "Pink", or "Pants" in any of his interviews.

Probably this is what the author of the question is writing about. In the list of interviews what you provided there is no such interview. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to access this interview and it is little known to the wider public. We can assume that if TibiaHispano was in the fansite programe then they were unlikely to release fakes. Especially since Tibiopedia translated this interview.Here I provide a link:
