How many islands are mentioned in the lands of Tibia?

After coming across a book in Demona written by Mathemicus, I couldn’t help but wonder how many islands are truly in Tibia?

The book I found referenced coordinates to an island called Dianscher. This had me wondering how many islands (and their names) are referenced including currently inaccessible islands.
