How can you obtain snowballs on rookgaard?

Question

It seems it is possible to turn someone into a snowman with snowball in Rookgaard. 
But... how Can I get snowballs in Rookgaard?

There are two ways to obtain snowballs in Rookgaard-

1) Goblin Temple Quest the reward is 4 snowballs

2) The Colours of Magic event when the Furb of Fun or orange color wins for a week you can kill dawn bats and badgers from Dawnport and loot the snowballs and you can transfer them to Rookgaard. Source~ Rookgaard Reddit
