I would like to know what is the cooldown to obtain empty flask from the pile of ominous flask?? Is the cooldown shared with all the piles??

Hi!

The cooldown is 5 minutes, and yes, it is shared among all the piles of ominous flasks. It would take you around 20 minutes to collect all 5 empty flasks that you need for the quest.
