Is it true that Santa only gives one of each of his very rare items per server?

I heard that there's the usual belief that Santa would only give 1 of each of the very rare presents he hands out for christmas only once per server. Like, if someone has already gotten a a pair of Bunnyslippers in a server he won't give that item anymore in THAT same server, and the same for Bear doll and Ball Gown. Is this accurate? Does anyone know a server where he's handed out more than one of each of these items to different players?

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find information on this subject, however, I will try to shed some light on it.

Santa Claus gives items of all sorts of rarity. Such as the aforementioned bunnyslippers or ball gowns, but also teddy bears.
So far, my rarest gift was a Snowman Doll. I don't think it's any particularly rare item, and likewise I don't think I'm the only person on the server who has received it.

I think of ball gown type items in the same way. It is more likely that Santa Claus acts as a loot and not that he keeps data on what gifts he has given out. Hence, we can conclude that there may be more cases of receiving bunnyslippers or ball gowns.

Until recently, I had not yet encountered a video of someone receiving any of the above items - yesterday I saw a BubbaGame video where he received a ball gown. I am convinced that the chance of a drop is less than 0.5%, and I think it is possible to get more than one such specimen per server.
