How to avoid Feverish Citizens in Venore?

I love Venore but hate Feverish Citizens. For all levels, what can I do to avoid them or safely get to destinations in Venore?

Gotta admit that Venore is not friendly city towards new players. When you make it to the depot for the first time, make sure to buy some stealth rings, otherwise you'll have to ask someone to bring you one or escort you.

The best option here for all levels is to equip stealth ring because they can’t see invisible characters. For higher levels you can use dwarven ring instead just to fast run around them because they make you drunk.

Feverish Citizens spawn in Venore's streets every thirty or sixty minutes when none or too few Medicine Pouches are handed in. 

A player can see the likeliness of these creatures spawning by asking Guide NPCs about the Swamp Fever. 

There is a random chance of them spawning no matter the amount of medicine handed in.

So you can also give a medicine pouch (around 100) to stop spawning.

As soon as you arrive in venore from dawnport, it may be a good idea to use the escort outside the boat to head straight to depot by saying hi/escort/yes. Once in depot, purchase some stealth rings if you have some money and use that while navigating the city.
