How long one must be retired from Tibia to be rewarded in their return?

A few days ago, I've returned to Tibia after a few months without playing, and I've been rewarded with 7 days of free Premium Time.

So my question is: what's exactly the amount of time one must be retired from Tibia to be rewarded in their return?

You need to not login for at least 6 months for receiving this reward, you can’t login in tibia site and your account during this period… they usually send this reward right after updates and at the end/beginning of the year
