Why is there no title for achievement ranking?

All the rankings there's a title for top on each category, but not for achievement leader.

Why is that? Someone already questioned CipSoft about this?

To be hones we cant answer this kind of question.

Probably the real answer is about Cipsoft didnt notice about this and thats why, buts this is only a suspicion

And we cant confirm it.
