Is it possible to keep a Title on your char from titles that aren't permanent?

I want to know if it is possible to place a Title on my char, even if that title is not permanent.

For example, I received the Gold Hoarder title, I wonder if I stop having 1kk of balance, does this automatically change or is it eliminated?

Yes, If you have title Gold Hoarder but lose this number of money in bank you lose title and his visibility with the character too.

I remember how I lost my title, logged out and didn't have one. The next day I made up this money, but I didn't get it  , finally after logging out. so yes.
