Can I use store items in a guildhouse if I am not the guild leader?

Question

I have a guild with my main to have a guildhouse as they are bigger and cheaper compared to a normal house, but I want to join with my main to the guild I was invited to.

Could I leave a maker as guild leader and open podiums or other store items in the guildhouse if I give him access to my main?

Unfortunately, only leader of guild (what means owner of the house) is able to do it
