What is known about puldrak?

Question

So, there are some books all around tibia that talk about "puldrak wisdom" yet even if he often to talk about other races the info about him that i have found is very vague and don't give me a clue about what or who is it, So I want to know if exists any way to get extra information about this being in order to understand how he learnt all that about other races, I thought I had read about puldrak in a lore related to POI, it is human? it's a single person? in which events puldrak have been involved?

what does that mean? do you thnk puldrak and oldrak are related? i find that unreasonable since seems like puldrak has been around tibia longer time than human longevity allows (I've been researching where we find his books and some of these are hidden in places older than edron for example as could be the 2nd tome of puldrak wisdom at old fortress.
