Why does my character stop training after a couple of hours?

Question

For some reason my char stops training. I had set it to train with a lasting exercise bow but when I came back 2,5 hours later I was logged out. I have switched off my screen saver. Does anybody know what is happening here?
 

This happened a couple of times so it's not a one time thing.

Where are you training? Maybe someone's pushing you? I'm not sure if that's a thing.

No if your training on a dummy you cant be pushed. Also i'm in a house so that cant be it. Thanks for your response though. It might be my computer but I thought I had switched everything off.

you cannot be push while training on a dummy, however what can happen is that someone is moving the dummy that will cancel the training and its also posible to be done

If you are 100% sure that nobody is pushing you or your dummy maybe is your computer. Maybe after a X hours your computer turn into hibernate mode.

I thought the same at first so I switched off all my power saving settings. Unfortunately that didn't solve it.  It might actually just be an instable internet connection. Thanks either way.

For me it happens at times when my connection goes worse for a few seconds, I get the relogging blink on my char and it stops the training.

I think this is actually it. I've had some internet stability problems. I don't lose connection but it does go down sometimes. That might be enough. Thanks I'll look into it.
