What information do we have about legs with tier?

Cipsoft recently (Oct 05) published a sneak peak about the forge "Sneak peak: Exaltation Forge Expansion". In that post there is a photo where we can see legs Tier 4. Do we have more information about it? 

Here is the photo with the legs:

So far we know only the effects of:

Armors: Dodge

Helmets: Momentum (2 sec CDR reduction)

Weapons: Fatal

No info about the Legs yet, friend. :(

Legs get the enhancement of Transcendence

This has a chance every 2 seconds of transforming a character into their Avatar stage 3.
