As Mejden said, it depends a lot on what are your objectives in-game right now and soon.
If you intend to do solo player content, you should focus first on your 2h weapon. You said about the shredder but to be honest the sanguine razor should be more suitable, since it's stronger and probably cheaper (e.g. on Collabra you may buy it with 150~160kk while the shredder is around 180~190kk).
If, otherwise, your focus is on team content, with this 120kk I'd buy already a soulcutter, soulbastion and sanguine blade (you'll spend around 90~110kk) and, if possible, already a falcon plate, since it is a big advance from lion plate. After that I'd go for other non-bis equipment that would be suitable to the hunt I'm going and, only then, start to farm the BiS set.
Since you said you bought along with your friend some chars, I'm imagining the second choice would be more suitable for you. If so and you don't mind, say what hunts you have in mind and I may help creating a path to buy the equipments
