Can someone tell me what is this island on Ghostlands and how to get there?

Hello, I'm quite old player but I haven't been playing actively for quite some time. I like to read about rare items and mysteries around tibia world. I was checking tibia map a bit and I saw this island next to ghostlands, does anybody know what is it? Thank you!

This island exists since the creation of Carlin, there is nothing at that island since Tibia's map with that Carlin were leaked years ago.
The island is a decorative part of the map that simulates many real maps where some kind of continental drift occurred.
