The in-game description in cyclopedia is "When the hunter becomes the hunted, perseverance decides the game."

From the description, it's difficult to guess what the title could be referring to but I wonder if it's PVP related.

I was the creator of Midnight Hunter!

You get this title by killing the panther several times. I don't remember exactly how many you need to kill, but it's somewhere between 10 and 50.
