What is the biggest/most efficient mad scientist spawn in Tibia?

I think there's only one "okay" respawn for mad scientist and is at yalahar magician quarter, in the northeastern most room called Residential Area:

In this area we will find a room in the second floor where there are some mad scientist (around 6-8) in the square:

Finally in the next floor we will find a building at southeast with around 4 more scientist for a total of 10-12:

Unfortunately I haven't found any better respawn for them, what's worst is that even when this respawn is fairly separated there aren't enough mad scientist so you will overkill certainly quick, If you are fast enough you can also go to the academy of magic (south area in the same quarter filled with magicians and few mad scientist) but in overall I think the only decent idea is to hunt in residential area only in rapid respawn.
