Is the Ferumbras Amulet cooldown shared with cupcakes?

I need to know if the usage time of the ferumbras amulet is shared with the event cupcakes for mana and life.

I want to think not, but I'm not sure. If anyone knows I would appreciate it

I ask this because I made this guide image about the amulet and I was asked the question.

Ferumbras' Amulet doesnt share cooldown with any cakes.

Also, it has 2 cooldowns:

- character will have 1 hour cooldown after using amulet, so you cant use for example 2 amulets one after second one

-amulet itself will need 1 hour to "recharge" (it has to be either in your backpack on logged in character or in the house)
