Do I need to kill 3 bosses in one day to make Scarlett etzel access?

I have killed 2 bosses but I can't go for 3rd because I blocked my entrance to 3rd boss when I was leaving after killing first boss.

Can I go to third boss next day or do I need to kill the bosses from the start? :(

You can continue tomorrow. It happened to me once, so you don't have to worry, just go tomorrow and continue where you left off as this doesn't erase your quest progress.
