Is it possible to get more than one Heliodor's Scrolls (and keep it)?

I would like to know if it's possible to get more than one "Heliodor's Scrolls"? And obviously, if I could keep it for decoration purposes haha

This item is obtained temporarily during the Grimvale Quest - Paradise Lost.

Yes, you can buy it from Black Bert for 50k, after completing The Thieves Guild Quest.

After finishing the quest, it is not possible to get another Heliodor's Scrolls from the chest. I don't know if it's possible to get another one if you haven't finished the quest yet, unfortunately I don't have a character that can test this. But I believe that if it were possible, the item would probably not be sold at Black Bert.
