Can I get another Dream Talisman?

I need this item to do Dream court Quest. I bought a character via char bazzar and I didn't have this item in the dp. Is there any chance to get it from npc or borrow from other players to complete the quest?

Yes, it is possible to obtain a new Dream Talisman. Go to NPC Vanys (summer court) or NPC Undal (winter court) and say hi / lost.
