Why can't I get the Colourful Mushroom even though I don't have Dream Courts completed?

Question

I don't have access to Dream Courts on this character.  Why can't I get the Colourful Mushroom? 

I use a lot for decorations and usually I could get more of them but now NO.

You already ate the mushroom in this char? The only reason I know for not being able to collect this item is if the char already ate it...Try going there in another char or ask a friend to get another one

The Dream Courts quest has a level 250 requirement since Dec 03, 2018. That maybe what is preventing you from getting the mushroom

no, it isn't. I can get rosebush, anatomy book and probably other items. I can't get only mushroom.

Actually I'm pretty sure it is. Cip do a lot of little updates and they catch up with little things that they didn't quite do properly like untagging quest items or retagging quest items and the quest quite clearly has a level 250 requirement now, so it makes sense that the quest items will too but its something that is very easy to miss for them. Was just trying to be helpful.

I just got a mushroom with a150 ED so level is not an issue
