When working on bosstiary for Sugar Mommy, can her spawn be blocked if you stand in the room she spawns in?

Additionally, how long is the respawn for Sugar Mommy?

No, it is not possible to block Sugar Mommy's spawn. Her respawn time varies, usually between 7-11 minutes. When I was doing her bosstiary, I was killing on average 7 per hour.
