I was wondering why people spend so much money on high level equips (e.g. falcon/gnome equipments). Are they really worth it?

I did the calculations, and these equips will reduce only a small amount of damage with the tradeoff of being very expensive (10kk+).

I did a simple simulation assuming two scenarios: the first the character uses a prismatic armor (price ~15k) and the other the charcter uses a falcon plate (~150kk). Using the calculator found in https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Calculators , I estimated an average reduction in the damage taken by around 30 hitpoints in the second scenario (being optimistic). Then I calculated how much money the falcon plate would save in health potions. Assuming a cost of 1gp for 2 hp, the falcon plate will save 15gp for each hit taken. After that I calculated how many hits would take for the falcon plate to pay itself, which is 150kk/15, which is 10kk hits.

If we assume an average of 1 hit per second during hunting, it will take roughly 115 days of pure hunting 6h/day. In practice it is much more, as the damage reduction of using the falcon plate would be less than 30 hitpoints, and even lower if we compare it with an ornate armor, for example.

So why do people care too much about having the best equips?

Most times that extra physical protection, plus the elemental protection of those items make the difference when you hunt full surrounded, that can save you from receiving a headshot.

And.. in high levels It is so easy to make Money.. so once you got It, what else would you spend It in?

I'd say that a full set make difference, but maybe just one item didn't. As you say high lvls make money easily and it's not a problem to them.
Ido not pay that high price for equipments, I prefer to spend my money with outfits and mounts

Once you have all them, or at least the ones you like... your money goes to equipment; and better equipment helps you to get more money for outfits, but nice outfits doesn't help you to get money for equipment faster XD.
It is all about priorities ;)

Besides, good thing is that if at some point you regret your decision of buying a very expensive equipment item, you will probably be able to sell it for a price similar to the one you paid (if you bought it at an average market price and you have patience). With that idea in mind, you to give an item a try to check if it is really worth it.

Yes they're worth. Some of them are a necessity if you want to hunt places that give you the best exp per hour. With more levels you'll be stronger, hit more and waste less so they are also an investment to your own character.

For example:

I'm a solo knight hunting somewhere where monsters hit in averague 200 physical damage each. I'm full boxing and with the ornate chestbox (16 def and 8% physical defense) I'll receive 8 x  163 = 1304 damage while with falcon plate (18 def and 12% physical defense) I'll receive 172.5 x 8 = 1380 damage. The difference with one item was 76 damage, when you  sum other items (legs / shield / helmet ) you cam mitigate 200+ damage, this is crucial when your healing or total health points is limited. This is what makes it possible for you to hunt in the best places having the best exp / h and profits with lower risk of death.

Another difference is the price of potions. A supreme health potion costs 625gp while a ultimate health potion costs 379gp. The difference they heal if around 250 health points. If you're able to use only ultimates without risking your character you'll save 24.600 per hundred of potions (I use around 400 per hour while hunting).
