What is the location of all ancient shrine on Dawnport?

What are the exact locations of the four ancient shrines on Downport, and what are the best routes to reach them? Additionally, what is the fastest way to visit all four shrines? Are they required to be visited in order to become a monk and gain passage to the mainland?

Thank you! I also saw the other question later that day, but I didn’t see it as a duplicate—above all because I’m also asking for the fastest route to complete them all. Since each of these shrines gives around 50 EXP (if I’m not mistaken), this could impact the most efficient path to reaching level 8 in Downport. This is particularly interesting for those who enjoy speedrunning to level 8 on new servers.
