Can Spirithunters sub-mission of Tibia Tales be completed in the Quest Log?

I started a new character and I am doing all quests around Tibia.

I have done today Spirithunters Quest, sub-mission of Tibia Tales where you have to kill and collect 5 Ghosts/Nighstalkers/Souleaters. It's a daily task. I returned 5 ghosts, but it's not completed in my quest log and I don't like that.

Do you know if it gets a green tick when I return the full set of spirits - 5 Ghosts, 5 Nightstalkers and 5 Souleaters or it will never get completed in QL?

This is a daily task, therefore the quest log won't mark it as completed. Returning the container with maximum spirits also won't complete the quest (I just tried it myself).
