How long before I can repeat the "A Cup of Tea" mission in the Roshamuul Quest?

I was wondering if there is a cooldown to repeat this mission and if so what it is.

I have verified some of these missions myself last month and most of them seem to be 3 hours so that could be a good time to start with if you are running tests.

The cooldown for mission A cup of  Tea is a 3 hours.

I will add that I collect every 3 hours of a filled cup for decoration, not finishing the whole mission, just go every 3 hours and write "lost" and collect the items again.

So you only tested getting the items again not actually completing and restarting the mission?

All tasks at this npc can be done every 3 hours.  For npc Butterfly can be done every 2 hours.
