How long before I can repeat the "A Retched Beginning" mission of the Roshamuul Quest?

I recently turned in this mission but was unable to take it again right away. The NPC stated that enough had been killed for now. How long do I have to wait before I can start the mission again?

According with a talk with high level friend who only level up on Roshamuul the time is 3 hours between each task.

Also you confirm the same time.

Are you able to verify any of these times? The BR Wiki lists it with a ? and the SP Wiki only has this one listed and not the others.

I ran a test on this and it seems like it might be 3 hours. I have not tested any of the others.

I dont have the level (380) to do the test, but have friend ek lvl 500+ who only lvl up on Rosha and he say the same, 3 h. Other fansites/guide dont show time.

I've tested again myself and verified the 3 hour timer.
