How often can I get a dragonfetish from An Old Dragonlord in Draconia?

When you go to Draconia, you can exchange a white mushroom with a dragonfetish to have access to a shortcut to Ab'dendriel.

How often can I make this trade? I brought many mushrooms with me, but the Dragonlord just tells me to leave after giving me the first one.

You need to use the previous one you were given in order to be able to get a new one. So, it will not be posible for you to acumulate them, unless you use different characters to.

Indeed. You need to burn your item in order to get a new one. Complicate issue if you lose your given dragonfetish.

On that case the only way is sacrifice a second character, ask it with that character and trade to the other.
