What is the most efficient way to rush a Monk to level 100?

What would be the most efficient way to level up a monk from 8 to 100 solo? I am interested in two different scenarios:

1) An affordable-organic way,

2) Prioritising experience, no matter the waste

on first lvls use area rune on many monsters easy area like first floors of edron pharaon toomb, pass from lvl 50 aprox do the same on eape city
