Currently, I would recommend 3 locations in order of difficulty:
Summer Court:
Elemental Weapon: Ice.
Protection: Fire, Physical.
Full rotation in the bastion and lower levels.
5.5kk/exp Raw.

Asura Mirror:
Elemental Weapon: Energy, Earth.
Protection: Physical, Dwarven Ring.
Relatively quiet area, you can generate good exp/hour.
You could level up 1 every 2 days depending on your pace; if necessary, use XBoost.
Disadvantage: It's almost always occupied.

Cobra Bastion:
Elemental Weapon: Any, except Earth. Ideal (Energy).
Protection: Physical, Death, Earth.

These last ones would be your ideal place to level up to 1000 on your own.
