Can you make Monk as a Main Healer

Hello, so crazy plan, if u focus stricte on mlvl (yes fist fighting is trained but only during hunts), idk if u can use any mlvl items or not either. but. can u somehow turn monk into a healer, not just a support filler for hp? sios and other passive healing does it somehow work to keep ppl alive? if i remember correctly u need to attack to gain the points to spend but not sure.

So again in shorter version. Can u make Monk as a main healer?

I might of write this question as a maniac, but i hope yall will get it :3
